• Allows users to track their personal wellness and fitness goals
• Offers an AI-powered wellness assistant ("Coach")
• Enables nutrition and fitness logging

3. Medical Disclaimer - IMPORTANT

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Tracking Tool Only: All information provided is for personal tracking and educational purposes only
• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of this Service does not create a doctor-patient or healthcare provider relationship
• Coach is Not a Doctor: Coach is an artificial intelligence assistant that provides general wellness information. It is NOT a licensed healthcare provider

  • Stopping or modifying any existing treatment
  • Making any health-related decisions

• PepCoach.AI and its operators are not liable for any injuries, damages, or health outcomes resulting from use of the Service
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service
• We are not liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or complications
• Your use of the Service is at your own risk

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepCoach.AI, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your health and wellness decisions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We collect and store information about your protocols, injections, and interactions with Coach to provide and improve the Service.
